When institutions (schools, colleges, campuses) manage student and parent records via ELMS and Academix, all stored student records remain strictly confidential and are processed solely for educational and institutional administrative functions.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural:
A unique, password-protected account created for You to access our Service or specific administrative/portal components.
Refers to Academix, the mobile software application provided by the Company on Android and iOS.
Refers to Infologic International Pvt. Ltd., located at Sanepa-2, Lalitpur, Nepal.

3. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Email address and official school domain accounts
- Full legal name of students, guardians, and faculty members
- Emergency phone numbers and primary mobile contact numbers
- Residential address, ward, municipality, province, and postal code
- Academic evaluation metrics, marks, GPA, and term assessment records
- Usage Data and diagnostic error reporting telemetry
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include information such as Your Device's IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and other network diagnostic metrics.
When accessing the Service through a mobile device (Academix), We may collect device model information, operating system version, mobile browser type, and secure cryptographic push notification tokens.
4. Information Collected via Academix App
While using the Academix Application, in order to provide specialized school communication features, We may request with Your prior explicit permission:
Used strictly for live school bus tracking and geofenced campus arrival/departure updates for parents.
Enables seamless synchronization with authorized guardian phone numbers for urgent school announcements.
Allows students and teachers to submit homework photos, upload digital assignments, and update student profile pictures.
5. Use of Camera Permission
We may request access to Your Device’s camera to enable features such as:
- QR Code Scanning: Scanning student ID cards, digital admit cards, and rapid cafeteria/library verification barcodes.
- Document & Photo Capturing: Submitting completed worksheets, project photographs, medical documents, and verified profile photos.
- Interactive Classroom Facilities: Video communication or multimedia presentation features when scheduled by the institution.
Full User Control Over Camera & Sensors
You can enable or disable camera and sensor permissions at any time directly through Your Device Operating System Settings (Settings > Apps > Academix > Permissions). No background video or audio recording is ever conducted without active user initiation.
6. Tracking Technologies & Cookies
We use session cookies, security tokens, and state preservation tags to maintain secure administrative logins, prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF), and maintain your preference state across academic sessions.
- Essential Cookies: Required to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of login credentials.
- Security Cookies: Protect session tokens against unauthorized interception.
7. Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following legitimate purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service: Managing grade sheets, billing receipts, attendance logs, and staff HR records.
